This spring, Rustic Root Gaslamp invites guests back above the city with the launch of Wisteria Rooftop, a seasonal open-air experience debuting May 12. Set in the heart of the Gaslamp Quarter, the rooftop transforms into a garden-inspired escape, complete with cascading wisteria, refreshed ambiance, and a newly curated cocktail program.
Wisteria Rooftop introduces a fresh lineup of spring and summer cocktails designed specifically for rooftop sipping — bright, balanced, and expressive — alongside Rustic Root’s approachable take on American comfort food. The experience blends Rustic Root’s signature neighborhood energy with an elevated seasonal atmosphere that’s equal parts relaxed, social, and vibrant. Highlights from the cocktail lineup include Pretty in Purple, a silky clarified ube punch with bright citrus notes; The Bitter Passion, a bourbon-based blend of Aperol and passion fruit; and Princess Jazzy, a refreshing vodka cocktail accented with jasmine and cucumber.
Wisteria Rooftop will run through early summer at Rustic Root Gaslamp, offering guests a new way to gather, toast the season, and enjoy downtown from above.
