Rustic Root executive chef Marcel Childress has crafted a new rooftop menu with selections like salmon tartare tacos, garnished with seaweed salad, sriracha aioli and tobiko (flying fish roe); a brie, pear and applewood-smoked bacon rustic flatbread; the 100 percent meatless impossible burger; and a seasonal strawberry salad topped with goat cheese, D’Anjou pears and candied almonds. From 4 to 6 p.m. weekdays, happy-hour imbibers will find specials like appetizers for half price, draft beers and glasses of red or white wine, priced at $5 each.
